Bucket Blessings serves through donations, giveaways, holiday drives, and basketball training camps for youth in underserved communities worldwide — giving the next generation of children and families the skills, confidence, and inspiration to pursue their dreams.
Our Mission
Hope Through Hoops
Established in 2024, our journey began with founder Acaden Lewis, whose personal experience in basketball reflects the challenges faced by many of the young people our organization aims to support. From humble beginnings in 4th grade to becoming the Gatorade Player of the Year for Washington D.C. in 2023-2024, Acaden's journey exemplifies the transformative power of basketball and mentorship. Through Bucket Blessings, Acaden hopes to inspire the next generation of athletes to fall in love with the game and discover the power of self-improvement, just as he did.

What We Do
COMMUNITY BUILDING
Connecting directly to each individual community that we serve and providing their specific needs.
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
Connecting to the youth that we serve by way of mkaing each child feel seen, supported, and encouraged, while inciting joy.
BASKETBALL TRAINING
Organizing basketball camps in underserved communities, where children learn hands on skill from Acaden directly, and other affluent coaches within the sport.
OUR MISSION
Bucket Blessings is a non-profit organization geared towards providing hope and resources to under-privileged youth and their families , in a variety of areas throughout the world. We accomplish this through not only engaging in basketball based activities and fitness, but also by creating moments for youth and communities to feel connected within simple joys and extended hands in service, provided by our BB family circle.
